  1. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
  2. Billing occurs annually in advance.
  3. Payment is made via SEPA direct debit or credit card through the payment service provider Mollie.
  4. In the event of payment default, the Provider is entitled to restrict access to the software.

§ 5 Contract term and cancellation

  1. The subscription has a minimum term of 12 months from the end of the trial period.
  2. The Customer may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current annual period.
  3. If no cancellation is made, the subscription automatically renews for another 12 months.
  4. Cancellation can be made in text form or via the self-service function in the software.

§ 6 Customer obligations

  1. The Customer is responsible for entering the required data (studio details, class schedules, image material) themselves.
  2. The Customer ensures that they have the necessary rights to uploaded content.
  3. The Customer is liable for all actions taken under their account.

§ 7 Availability

The Provider aims for software availability of 99 % on annual average. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

§ 8 Liability

The Provider's separate privacy policy applies, available at /datenschutz.

§ 10 Final provisions

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
  2. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
